Parking
Free parking is located on Main Street in the parking decks and in adjacent lots if needed. Parking attendants are on-site to help coordinate parking as you arrive and as you leave the concert.
Gates & Doors
Gates into The Amphitheater usually open 1 hour prior to show time. Food and Beverage service is available when the gates open.
Restrooms
Permanent and clean restrooms facilities are available and located under the 300’s section of the venue.
Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal drugs, umbrellas, outside beverages, food, alcohol, backpacks, video or audio recorders, laser pointers, strollers, and cameras.
Weather
All concerts are performed rain or shine.
Accessibility Info
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions, including guests with wheel chairs, hearing and visually impairment, and guests with mobility impairments. Please contact the venue box office to purchase these tickets or with any questions.

Boat Slips during concerts
Boat slips are available during concerts. Reservations are highly encouraged. All boats are requested to contact The Marina before arrival.

First Aid
First Aid is located behind The Box Office. Trained medical professionals are on-site for all Amphitheater events. If medical attention is needed, please report to First Aid or ask an Amphitheater staff member for help.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items should be turned into Guest Services located at the Box Office. To inquire about lost items, please come to the Box Office or call 251-224-1020 during regular business hours. All Lost and Found items will be kept for 60 days. At that time, items will be donated to a local charity.
